The Valentine Group LLC’s mission is to provide clients with premium property management services to improve properties, build equity, support tenants, and maintain strong neighborhoods. We serve the Milwaukee area with a focus in the 53205, 53206, 53210, 53212 and 53216 zip codes.
The Valentine Group team lives, works and plays in the communities we serve. We work with vendors who align with our mission to strengthen neighborhoods. Our office is located in a fully restored historic building at 18th and Fond Du Lac Avenue that was formerly a tax foreclosed vacant board up. The Valentine Group is dedicated to the city and the residents and businesses who call it their home.
The Valentine Group currently manages more than 150 commercial and residential units for our clients. We offer maintenance and repair services with our in-house Maintenance Team. We are a licensed contractor with renovation and rehab experience and also provide construction/project management services. The Valentine Group specializes in providing services for mission-aligned clients with unique circumstances.

Administrative
The Valentine Group takes the hassle out of property investment. Administrative management includes rent collection, accounts payable, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Maintenance
The Valentine Group LLC has a team of full-time maintenance technicians with a rotating on-call schedule. This allows us to respond to work orders in a timely manner, including responding to maintenance emergencies with immediacy. Our team has experience across the trades within building maintenance and renovation. We are a WI Lead Company, WI Licensed Dwelling Contractor, and City of Milwaukee Home Improvement Contractor.

Tenant/Resident Relations
The Valentine Group coordinates the renovation & repairs of vacant units, advises on rental rates, markets and advertises vacancies, screens applicants, and negotiates leases with new tenants. We are the first point of contact for tenants and maintain ongoing relationships with residents and business tenants.
